倾向于复旦社会科学类、公共卫生、医学、药学、生物科学等学科，但不一定，对于公共卫生政策有兴趣，责任心强，能保证一周3天实习，半年起。大三、研二皆可以。
JOB PURPOSE:
· Assist strategic reimbursement policy manager with policy analysis and output
· Assist strategic pricing policy manager with ad-hoc project
· Take responsibility for department’s administration tasks
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Be familiar with major policy sources, collect and sort out relevant data
· Analyze policies according to different topics under the supervision and guidance of reimbursement policy manger
· Prepare PPT slides to assist report writing
· Ad-hoc administration tasks
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
· Undergraduate or graduate student in his/her last year of study, majored in public health, social science, pharmacy, medicine all related domains
Experience & knowledge:
· Healthcare knowledge is a plus
· Other pharmaceutical industry internship experience is a plus
· Healthcare related research project or publication is a plus
· At least 3 working days per week
Core competencies:
· Good logic and communication skills
· Good command of Mandarin and English, especially in written
· Good command of Microsoft software, i.e., EXCEL, POWERPOINT
· A quick learner with strong curiosity
· A team player with strong sense of responsibility
